toggle main relay

This will enable operating the main relay with a new code,
entering the code the first time will unlock the door, entering it a second time will
lock the door, the toggle code must be followed by the # sign.

This does require a wiring change;
Move maglock from NC to NO relay connection,
move strike from NO to NC relay connection.

Enter the following, this assumes the programming code is still the default 1234,
if the programming code has been changed enter the new code in place of 1234;

##1234 6 1004 
##1234 5 (#### new code)
Default code 2580 still works with a default time of 4sec
 ( if you need to remove toggle function ##1234 6 0004)

Move maglock from NC to NO relay connection,
move strike from NO to NC relay connection.
